Whoever searches finds… even at -50°
Ivalo, Finland , North Pole

I admit that for a moment I was worried about not finding anything new in an adventure at -40°, what could possibly grow? what could I possibly know among the Finnish Flanders?
Thanks to some acquaintances, I started to stay more and more in contact with nature and thanks to some friends I got to know much more about aromatic herbs that grew in the forest, typical Scandinavian berries… and some good moments for a bonfire

After discovering the magnificent products of Lapland such as their salted liquorice, Gloogi, their fantastic Gins such as Kyro, or their Finnish whiskies, and a couple of Vodkas from Koskenkorva.. I was ready for a couple of ideas, without trying not to freak out…

Monsieur Neglogi?
These are certainly not places for Camillo Negroni… or maybe yes, maybe there isn’t much vermouth around here, but you can find Gloogi in every Finnish home, so why not a twist on the old dear negroni?

Madame a Croissant?
Sometimes the best ideas come from breakfast! and one of the best breakfasts are Cloudberry and Bilberry jams, so why not a Milk Punch with Finnish berries and croissants?
a salmiakki drop in my coffee..
Licorice has an infinite number of benefit and has a salty herbaceous touch perfect for an espresso martini..
