TENERIFE, CANARY ISLAND
In the Canary Islands, there’s more than just sun and sea. Beyond the easy rhythm of island life lies a deep sense of culture and tradition. Here, the journey led to the creation of the first Luxury Japanese Belt Bar in the Canaries — a start-up built around eel uramaki and tsukemono gimlets. Between East and West, the experience grew through collaborations with Etsu, Suntory, Supasawa and Don Papa, and through competitions such as the Diplomatico Cup and Citadelle Competition, A.B.S
Tenerife became a chapter of creativity, exchange, and discovery.
